Sigmund Freud was one of the guests which shaped Trafoi. After a stay in the former luxury hotel “Grand Hotel Trafoi” Freud wrote about the “Lapsus” and placed Trafoi as a monument through its mention in this important work. Also Stefan Zweig visited Trafoi and used the wonderful mountains as a background for his literature.
